PG Unit Discontinuation Dates for Trimester 3, 2010<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Withdraw No-Load date for Juris Doctor Units &#8211; Trimester 3, 2010 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The withdraw no-load date for Juris Doctor units in Trimester 3, 2010 is<strong> Tuesday 14 September, 2010<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If a student discontinues a unit <strong>before the withdraw no-load date<\/strong>, the student will receive a &#8216;WDN-Early&#8217; for the unit, which means:<br \/>\nFinancial &#8211; No financial penalty<br \/>\nAcademic &#8211; Not recorded on transcript<\/p>\n<p><strong>Census Date for Juris Doctor Units in Trimester 3, 2010 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The census date for Juris Doctor units in Trimester 3, 2010 is<strong> Thursday 30 September 2010<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If a student discontinues a unit <strong>before the census date<\/strong>, the student will receive a &#8216;Withdrawn no-load&#8217; for the unit, which means:<br \/>\nFinancial &#8211; No financial penalty<br \/>\nAcademic &#8211; Recorded on transcript as &#8216;WD&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>If a student discontinues a unit <strong>after the census date<\/strong> but before the withdrawn fail date, student will have &#8216;Withdrawn late&#8217;, which means 100% of fees retained and withdrawn will be recorded on transcript.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Census Date for all other Postgraduate Law Units in 2010<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For more information please see:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.law.monash.edu.au\/current-students\/t-tables\/index.html\">www.law.monash.edu.au\/current-students\/t-tables\/index.html<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
