1. 2011 Annual Julian Small Research Grant<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Grants awarded from no less than $5,000<\/strong> up to $15,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Applications are sought from postgraduate and undergraduate students who are undertaking research of the law relating to employment and industrial relations in Australia.<\/p>\n

2. BCG Undergraduate Scholarship<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

This year we are offering two scholarships\u2013 one to a female and another to a male student.\u00a0 Each Scholarship is worth $15,000<\/strong>.\u00a0 The Scholarship is only open to penultimate year undergraduate students.<\/p>\n

3. Moot Court for Leadership Day – Seeking Volunteers<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking volunteers to be involved in a moot court for Leadership Day. Leadership Day is a showcase of Monash University for high achieving VCE students.<\/p>\n

The moot topic: Paris Hillsong, a socialite and singer, is charged with drink driving, theft and intentionally and recklessly causing injury against her former friend Ms Lowly. In a dramatic tale of emotional battles, drunken behaviour and rivalries of former friends we invite you to watch this case unfold.<\/p>\n

4. Seeking Open Day Volunteers<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Monash University Open Day for Clayton is on\u00a0Sunday 7 August, 2011<\/strong>. We are looking for student volunteers to assist on the day.<\/p>\n

This will involve speaking with prospective students and their families about your experience of studying aw at Monash, giving directions as well as helping out with the set up and pack up of the equipment used on the day.<\/p>\n

Although these positions are voluntary roles, the faculty does provide trainging and $50 vouchers for students who volunteer half a day (9.00am \u2013 1.00pm OR 12.30pm \u2013 4.30pm) and $100 vouchers for students who volunteer for a whole day (9.00am \u2013 4.30pm)<\/p>\n
