Professor Amin Saikal<\/strong> is a Professor of Political Science and Director of the Centre for Arab and Islamic Studies (The Middle East and Central Asia) at the Australian National University.\u00a0 He is the author of numerous works on the Middle East, Central Asia and Russia.\u00a0 Professor Saikal’s presentation will focus on recent events in Iran.\u00a0<\/p>\n
