Students may re-enrol via WES for the 2013 academic year during  the re-enrolment period.  If you have not re-enrolled by 19 November  2012 you may do so between the 20 November to 14 December 2012 but a  $289 late fee will be applied.  Please see the Re-enrolment webpage for  further information.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">2. JD Census<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The census date for Juris Doctor units in Trimester 3 2012 is Monday 24 September 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">If a student discontinues a unit before the census date, the student will receive \u2018Withdrawn early\u2019 for the unit, which means:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li>Financial \u2013 No financial penalty<\/li>\n<li>Academic \u2013 No academic penalty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Detailed information about unit discontinuation dates and relevant outcomes is available <a href=\"http:\/\/www.law.monash.edu.au\/current-students\/postgraduate\/pg-disc-dates.html\">online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">3.
