1. JD Trimester 1 Examination Timetable<\/span><\/h4>\n

JD Trimester 1 examination timetable is now available on the Faculty website\u00a0here<\/a><\/p>\n

2. LAW7083 No Longer a Prerequisite<\/span>\u200b<\/span> for LAW7435<\/span><\/h4>\n

Please note that LAW7083 \u2013 Law of Employee Relations, is no longer a prerequisite for LAW7435 \u2013 Workplace Bargaining and Agreements Law.<\/p>\n

3. New Stream \u2013 LAW7472 Principles of Family Law \u2013 T4-57<\/span><\/h4>\n

Due to the high demand for the unit LAW7472 Principles of Family Law a new stream has been offered.<\/p>\n

Please note that the new stream will have the following important dates and information:<\/p>\n

LAW7472 Principles of Family Law T4-57 \u00a0Intensive\u00a022, 23 & 28, 29 October \u00a02014, 9:00am \u2013 4:30pm<\/strong> teacher \u2013 Dr Adiva Sifris, \u00a0Exam \u2013\u00a0Monday, <\/strong>15 December 2014<\/strong> , Assignment due date \u2013\u00a0Wednesday,<\/strong> 7 January 2015<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The number of places is limited. Please email to\u00a0law-pgstudents@monash.edu<\/a> if you would like to be enrolled in LAW7472 Principles of Family Law T4-57.<\/p>\n

4. Trimester 1 2014 JD Unit Discontinuation Dates<\/span><\/h4>\n

The last day to discontinue a Trimester 1 2014 JD core units (except new intake) without penalty is\u00a0Monday, 3 February 2014.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The last day to discontinue LAW7470 and LAW7264 without penalty (January new intake students) is\u00a0Monday, 17 February 2014<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Please note that elective units have different discontinuation dates.<\/p>\n
