The conference will be using an app instead of a printed program, and the app is available on the app store now for download. To look at the conference program and speakers who will be presenting this year, type in FL14 into the app store on either your Apple or Android device and download.<\/p>\n<p>There is a heavily discounted student rate of $250 for the day and many social functions on offer. The Mental Health Complaints Commissioner was established under the Mental Health Act 2014, and commenced operation on\u00a0<strong>Tuesday 1 July, 2014<\/strong>.
