1. VCAT Self Help Centre Clinic <\/span><\/p>\n

VCAT and Monash University Faculty of Law have entered into a joint venture to set up a Self Help Centre at VCAT for 12 months on a pilot basis, with the intention that the Centre will continue beyond the pilot.<\/span><\/p>\n

Applications are now open to enrol in the new VCAT Self Help Centre Clinic (LAW4803) and can be downloaded from the clinical legal education website.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Company Law in Rome, Italy <\/span><\/p>\n

LUISS Summer School on European & Comparative Company Law: Capital Markets in Rome, Italy<\/span><\/p>\n

In cooperation with Leiden University under the aegis of the Centre for European Company Law (CECL). This course is designed as an add-on to the education of law students as well as graduates with an interest in company law.\u00a0 It will allow participants to prepare for or complement a graduate degree in business law by gaining an in-depth exposure to the theory and practice of company law in Europe and acquiring the tools for dealing with cross-border transactions involving listed companies.<\/span><\/p>\n
