\nTechnology is advancing at an unprecedented rate, rapidly changing the world in which we live in. Our technology panel will explore the ways in which technology will reshape the justice sector into the future.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nPaul Faulkner from McGirr Technologies will speak of his firsthand experience in delivering digital solutions to Victorian courts and tribunals. Ross Paull, CEO of Guided Resolution, will explain how web-based software applications are being used in alternative dispute resolution.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nProfessor Tania Sourdin will also share her expert knowledge in the field of technology in alternative dispute resolution.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nChoosing the right provider for Practical Legal Training (PLT) is an important decision but it does not have to be a difficult one.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nJoin us next Wednesday for an informative and interactive session with Leo Cussen, the College of Law and ANU Legal Workshop as representatives from each institution give a presentation on the PLT courses on offer, followed by an interactive Q&A panel discussion with the representatives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jill Raby: Current Mediating where the stakes are high: International Child Abduction Cases<\/span><\/p>\n

Jill Raby has just returned from Japan where she was conducting cross national training for mediators in relation to Australian\/Japanese Hague Convention Matters. She will discuss the guidelines for mediation in such matters against the background of the challenges and learnings for mediators who deal with family conflict in an increasingly globalised world.<\/span><\/p>\n
