1. JD Student Study Places in the CBD <\/span><\/h3>\n


\nMonash Law is hoping to identify alternate study spaces to advise students where in Melbourne CBD is available for quiet study; we therefore seek feedback from the student cohort as to where students currently stud after hours and on weekends when the Law Chambers is closed.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n2. Jury Skills Workshop <\/span><\/h3>\n


\nThe Victorian Bar is looking for student volunteers to participate in a Jury Skills workshop.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n


\nAs in the past, we are looking for students to act as jurors and\/or witnesses for this training course. This is a wonderful opportunity to see inside excellent advocacy and
\nthe dynamics of juries. It is an opportunity for JD students to meet barristers and watch some of them in action in a mock trial.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nNo prior work experience is required.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe Victorian Bar is running this Jury Skills workshop for Barristers on Saturday 14 November, from 8.30am-5pm at the County Court.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nLunch will be provided.<\/span><\/p>\n
