PhD Scholarship Opportunity: UK Scholarships<\/h2>\n<p>Scholarships for citizens of developed Commonwealth countries including Australia are offered for PhD and split-site PhD study in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>These scholarships are funded by the UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and the Scottish Government, in conjunction with UK universities.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, including eligibility, please see\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cscuk.dfid.gov.uk\/apply\/scholarships-developed-cw\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please note applications must be submitted by 23.59 (BST) on\u00a0<strong>Friday 17 June 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Volunteers needed for Oral advocacy assessment for ICC and Jury Workshop<\/h2>\n<p>The Victorian Bar is looking for volunteers to play the role of witnesses for the advocacy assessment component of our Indictable Crime Certificate (ICC).<\/p>\n<p>The mock trials will be held during\u00a0<strong>June and July 2016<\/strong>,\u00a09.00am -4.00pm in the Federal Court Level 9, 305 William Street, Melbourne (Corner William &amp; Latrobe streets).\u00a0We will have more dates released for assessments in June and July.<\/p>\n<p>You will be given a copy of the materials particularly a witness statement which summarises your evidence.
