In order to critically analyse complex issues such as judicial independence, transnational justice, military dictatorship and amnesty laws, these academic classes will conduct an overview of the key international actors involved in Argentina, as well as international conventions and resolutions currently in place. Taught by Michigan State University, one of the USA’s prestigious “Big 10” Universities; this 3-week program will help students from across Australia explore the use of negotiation to create transactions in the first place and to resolve disputes when they arise. It further examines more structured dispute resolution techniques involving neutral third parties \u2014 mediation and arbitration.
