Bottled Snail Productions present Crime &amp; Punishment: Cabaret for a Cause<\/h2>\n<p>After a smash hit 2014 foray into cabaret with Secret Life of a Lawyer, BottledSnail Productions is proud to return to the \u2018scene of the crime\u2019 with its 2016 headline production, Crime &amp; Punishment: Cabaret for a Cause. Cabaret is our major charitable fundraiser for 2016, and a portion of profits will go to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.<\/p>\n<p>This original, intimate and above all entertaining evening of music and conversation features a series of interconnected musical and spoken-word vignettes dealing with contemporary issues in relation to justice, civil rights and the law. Leo Cussen Practical Legal Training Information Session<\/h2>\n<p>Take a tour of the Leo Cussen Centre for Law\u2019s training facilities in the heart of Melbourne CBD and listen to presentations about our comprehensive and highly respected Practical Training Course. Learn more about the Leo Cussen experience and how you will learn to practise law in a very professional, yet friendly and engaging environment. JD Mindfulness Seminar<\/h2>\n<p>Mindfulness is about enhancing performance and is a skill that all law students and future lawyers can find helpful.<\/p>\n<p>As future lawyers, we face workplace environments where we may be subject to long, stressful hours, distressing subject matter and high conflict situations. It is likely at some point in your career, you may experience extreme mental stress.<\/p>\n<p>Brought to you by Minter Ellison, a seminar with clinical psychologist and mindfulness expert Dr Richard Chambers will be held at the Monash University Chambers on <strong>Wednesday 28 September<\/strong> from 6.00-7.30pm.<\/p>\n<p>All students are welcome and encouraged to attend this free event.
