Mediation Saving Your Small Business<\/h2>\n<p>Monash Law School&#8217;s Australian Centre for Justice Innovation (ACJI) has partnered with Monash Business School to host a panel discussion with leading experts: Professor Anne Lytle, (Monash Business School), Ms Anne Sutherland-Kelly, (ACJI\/Monash Law School) and special guests from the Office of the Victorian Small Business Commissioner, Ms Anna McRae-Anderson and Mr Mark Schramm. Victorian Assisted Reproductive Treatment Authority&#8217;s \u00a0&#8216;2016 Louis Waller Lecture&#8217;<\/h2>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">Join us at this year&#8217;s Louis Waller\u00a0lecture where\u00a0His Honour Chief Judge John Pascoe will discuss<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>The Child&#8217;s right to know and family law orders <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This annual lecture commemorates the significant contribution Emeritus Professor Louis Waller has made to the field of assisted reproductive treatment. It is an occasion to discuss and\u00a0reflect\u00a0on contentious issues in the field today.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of one\u2019s family and genetic heritage is essential to any concept of identity, and to know one\u2019s parents is a fundamental human right.
