Some of the responses were surprising.<\/p>\n It showed that FDR is a significant aspect of advice given by family lawyers, and that they balanced many factors when advising and directing their clients to FDR. It also highlighted various areas important for FDRPs in their ongoing relationships with family lawyers.<\/p>\n Susan Hamilton-Green is a family lawyer and a specialist in Family Law (LIV) since 1990.
