Part Time Research Assistant<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The Policy Manager of the Victorian Bar requires a Research Assistant 1 \u2013 2 days per week for 4 to 6 weeks to assist with a review and organisation of various committee materials for archival purposes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be required to review archive materials from the Equality before the Law Committee as well as materials from the Women\u2019s Barristers\u2019 Association in order to prepare a chronology of major events and reforms and contribute to a milestone review of the Bars\u2019 achievements and objectives regarding diversity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application should be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A law student with excellent research and organisational skills, a concise writing style and a particular interest in gender issues and legal policy.
