Ancora Imparo Leadership Program &#8211;\u00a0apply by Monday 6 August<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monash.edu\/student-leadership\/ancora-imparo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vice-Chancellor&#8217;s Ancora Imparo Program<\/a> is a unique opportunity, available only to second-year Monash University undergraduate students. Participants will hear from inspiring leaders with backgrounds ranging from business, politics, sport, public service, education, health, law, and the arts.<\/p>\n<p>The Ancora Imparo Program offers a range of opportunities and activities that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>draw on and foster your sense of idealism<\/li>\n<li>increase your self-understanding<\/li>\n<li>affirm and strengthen your confidence in your existing abilities<\/li>\n<li>foster an ethic of service<\/li>\n<li>enhance your ability to effect positive social change<\/li>\n<li>provide you with an opportunity to work with other passionate and committed peers<\/li>\n<li>facilitate your learning from past and present leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monash.edu\/student-leadership\/ancora-imparo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Learn more and apply.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Applications close Monday 6 August.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Volunteer opportunities at\u00a0Monash Law Clinics Clayton (MLCC)<\/h2>\n<p>Volunteer Opportunities are available in 2018-2019 at the Monash Law Clinics Clayton (MLCC) for Monash Law Students.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Wednesday Night Advice Only Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Applications for the Wednesday Night General Advice Session at Monash Law Clinics Clayton will open at<strong> 9am Monday 3 September 2018 <\/strong>and close\u00a0<strong>10am Tuesday 11 September 2018<\/strong>. Please note that late applications will <u>not<\/u> be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>You are applying to be part of the Wednesday night volunteer team, which provides advice to clients experiencing a wide range of legal problems.<\/p>\n<p>Students are rostered to volunteer on Wednesday nights on a fortnightly basis from\u00a0<strong>6:00pm <\/strong>until approximately\u00a0<strong>8:30pm<\/strong>.
