Castan Centre Global Internship Program \u2013 Information Seminar<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Date:<\/strong> Tuesday 27 July, 2010<br \/>\n<strong>Time:<\/strong> 1 pm \u2013 2 pm<br \/>\n<strong>Venue:<\/strong> L1, Building 12, Clayton Campus<\/p>\n<p>This year the Global Internship Program will send 9 outstanding Monash Law students to human rights organisations in New York, Geneva, Israel, Kuala Lumpur, South Africa, Cairo, and Mumbai.<\/p>\n<p>Students will receive a contribution from the Student Mobility Fund and the Castan Centre Global Internship fund to assist them with their expenses.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The information session being held will outline each of the internships, the application process and feature brief talks from returned interns.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers will be:<br \/>\nErica Contini, Project Officer, Castan Centre.<br \/>\nCathy Meredith, International Programs Officer, Student Services.<br \/>\nEmily Dickson, returned intern with International Women\u2019s Rights Action Watch Asia Pacific, Kuala Lumpur and Geneva.<br \/>\nAmy Burton, returned intern with Oxfam Australia, South Africa.<br \/>\nMichael Adams, returned intern with the Centre for Constitutional Rights, New York.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">For more information see:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.law.monash.edu.au\/castancentre\/internships\/global-intern-program.html\">www.law.monash.edu.au\/castancentre\/internships\/global-intern-program.html<\/a><br \/>\nThis may be further updated.<\/p>\n<p>Please note, applications for Global Internships open on <strong>Tuesday 27 July, 2010 <\/strong>and applications are due by <strong>Friday 13 August, 2010<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">2.
