Change Makers: Ethics in AI (Wednesday 12 August)<\/h2>\n<p>Join this enthralling discussion, moderated by Professor the Hon. Whither the Implied Freedom of Political Communication? (Thursday 27 August)<\/h2>\n<p>Monash Law is honoured to present the 2020 Lucinda Lecture, to be delivered by <strong>The Hon Justice Geoffrey Nettle AC, High Court of Australia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Justice Nettle will explain why it might be thought that, despite such differences of judicial opinion and the difficulties and uncertainties that are said to have attended the doctrine&#8217;s application, the implied freedom of political communication is soundly based in accepted constitutional principle.
