This is a unique opportunity for Monash Law students (JD and Masters)<\/strong> and practising lawyers to learn from experts including former Supreme Court judges<\/strong> who draw upon a lifetime of experience deciding complex commercial cases, as well as their current practise as international commercial arbitrators.<\/p>\n

Issues in Transnational Dispute Resolution (LAW 5475)<\/strong> is taught by former Victorian Chief Justice Marilyn Warren<\/strong>, former Justice Clyde Croft<\/strong> (who was judge in charge of the Arbitration List in the Commercial Court of the Supreme Court of Victoria), and Dr Drossos Stamboulakis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
