New specialisations for the Master of Business

New Masters Business SpecialisationThe Master of Business is an innovative and industry-focused course. With a strong emphasis on personal development, governance and social responsibility, this degree will help postgraduate students develop the professional expertise required to advance their career.

We have added three new areas of specialisation:

Business ethics and society

This specialisation equips students with an understanding of the ethical issues that organisations face. It develops students’ critical engagement and leadership capabilities and provides students with skills to deliver business objectives within an ethical and socially responsible context.

Commercialisation

In this specialisation students will develop the relevant skills and knowledge for new venture finance, patenting, innovation and wealth pathways. It provides a comprehensive business-focused setting to help students develop business and entrepreneurial acumen. It is designed for graduates with a background in science or technology who are looking to develop their commercialisation expertise to manage and commercialise cutting-edge medical, scientific and technology projects.

Quantitative business analysis

This specialisation provides students with advanced quantitative skills required to carry out statistical analysis in business, economics, and finance. In addition, they will develop the ability to report on the findings of their quantitative analysis.
