MUDRIH has teamed up with three Victorian Integrated Cancer Services to examine\u00a0 innovative models of implementing cancer supportive care screening, referral and follow-up for patients in rural and metropolitan areas.<\/p>\n
Eli Ristevski and Melanie Regan will work with Gippsland Integrated Cancer Service<\/a>, Loddon Mallee Integrated Cancer Services<\/a> and North Eastern Metropolitan Integrated Cancer Services.<\/a> Much like the School of Rural Health, the study stretches from Bairnsdale across central Gippsland through to Bendigo, Echuca and Mildura. Clinicians from 10 health services will be interviewed as part of the study.<\/p>\n The study builds on previous work by Eli and Melanie in the area of cancer supportive care screening and workforce training and education.
