Deb\u2019s thesis, <em>\u201cThe patterns, determinants and measurement of rural and remote primary health care workforce turnover and retention\u201d <\/em>was supported by the <a title=\"Opens the centre's home page\" href=\"https:\/\/www.crerrphc.org.au\/\">Centre of Research Excellence in Rural and Remote Primary Health Care<\/a> (CRERRPHC) and was supervised by Emeritus Professor John Humphreys and Dr Matthew McGrail.<\/p>\n<p>This work has provided important new empirical evidence to guide rural health workforce retention policies.
