The latest research shows that  our attention is wandering 47% of our waking hour.\u00a0 Our workload is getting is bigger and we are finding it difficult to do all our tasks and meet deadlines, so we are multi-tasking.\u00a0 However, instead of making us more efficient, studies have shown that  multitasking actually reduces our productivity by as much as 20-40 per cent.
