On April 1st daylight saving is ending and clocks go backwards an hour. To help you get better night sleep, Richard Chambers will be delivering a presentation called simple strategies for better sleep.<\/p>\n<p>This one-hour presentation will explore why exactly sleep is important and how much we really need. The\u00a0competition will take place\u00a0over all three of the Monash campuses and will work on giving members a new experience in all the fitness options\u00a0that Monash sport has to offer.<\/p>\n<p>To go into the running of the three sets of prizes for bronze, silver or gold.
