3. “Promoting VCAT as an ADR Centre of Excellence”
On Tuesday 12 July, VADR will be hosting a presentation by Justice Iain Ross, President of VCAT who is to speak on the topic: “Promoting VCAT as an ADR Centre of Excellence”. A recent review of ADR processes at VCAT has given the organisation the opportunity to re-examine its future directions. Justice Ross has had a long career in the law and dispute resolution and we’re very glad he has agreed to discuss this very interesting topic.
