3. R U OK? Day

R U OK? Day is our national day of action and dedicated to reminding people to regularly check in with family and friends.

The Law Faculty will be holding a morning tea on Thursday 12 September, 2013 from 10.30 am to 11.30 am in the basement, building 12.

We ask that staff and/or students please bring yellow food for morning tea ie. Yellow cup cakes, macaroons, yellow fruit or lollies. Use your imagination! Could you also please wear a touch of yellow. Some staff/students will still have the R U OK? T’shirts from last year and we ask that you wear this on the day.

The Monash University R U OK? Day committee are organising a Cake Competition. Cakes will be judged by photo (no tasting required). Please be creative, keep the R U OK? Day theme in mind. We will take a photo of your cake at the morning tea and enter it into the University competition. The Law Faculty will also judge any cakes entered into the competition by Law staff or students for two Gold Class movie tickets.

We hope you can all join us to spread the awareness of this very important message.
