Enterprise Bargaining

Enterprise Bargaining is a process by which Monash University and the staff of the university negotiate improvements to the terms and conditions of their employment.

It provides a foundation for the conditions of employment of university staff and as such a foundation for the future.  As such, it is important that our next agreement is responsive to the needs, and reflects the aspirations, of the Monash community.

The University’s enterprise agreements govern the employment conditions of Monash University staff.
