1. 2010 Malaysia Program – Applications Now Open!

In July and August 2010, Monash University’s Law Faculty offers a multi-unit study program in Malaysia together with its international partners City University of Hong Kong, University of Malaya and University of Windsor (Canada).  

Date: Monday 5 July – Tuesday 24 August, 2010
Applications: By Friday 5 March, 2010

The exciting new Malaysia Law program is modelled on the award-winning Prato Law program and will be taught in intensive or semi-intensive mode. In small classes and state-of-the-art facilities, you can enjoy a unique study experience with students and academics from international and local partner universities.

Studying at Monash Sunway allows you to immerse yourself into life of multicultural Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the South-East Asian region while studying a range of comparative and international law subjects.

·To help with the cost of travel, students can receive up to $2,500.00 from Monash Abroad.  

· Small classes, with students from partner universities, including Hong Kong, Malaysia and Canada  

· Be taught by academic staff from Monash and overseas universities  

· The program designed to allow students in Prato or Clayton in first semester and in Malaysia in semester two.

 2. Monash Short Courses Centre

The Monash Short Courses Centre still have limited places available for adult and children’s pottery classes this term. All classes are taught by qualified practising artists in a fully equipped ceramics studio. Your enquiry is welcome or come over in person and inspect the facilities. Make a good lifestyle choice this year and visit the Monash Short Courses Centre, located in Building 51, Clayton campus.

3. Prato Program Pre-departure Information Session (for approved 2010 Prato program students only)

Date: Tuesday 23 February, 2010
Time: 1 pm – 2 pm
Venue: Lecture Theatre H1, 
              Building 11 (Menzies)

This session will provide essential advice regarding academic matters, grants and visas, health and safety, travel and much more.

This is an opportunity to ask detailed questions prior to your departure and attendance is not compulsory.
