3. Telders International Law Moot Court Competition 2010

For the past thirty-two years, the Telders International Law Moot Court Competition has been an annually recurring event and has grown to be one of the most prestigious in the field.

The Telders Competition gives many young and talented undergraduate law students all over Europe the opportunity to excel in international law, consequently testing their creativity and powers of persuasion in a friendly competition.

Every year a new and challenging case is devised for the students to argue. The Telders Case 2010, ‘The Case of Pirates in the Treasured Sea’, combines legal issues in various fields of international law including piracy and the law of the sea. You may find the case on our website at:
