2. VOCCS Prize
Victims of Crime Counselling and Compensation Services (VOCCS) is a company providing referral & support services to victims of crime in Victoria.
VOCCS is sponsoring a prize for research/discussion papers written by Victorian University students on the topic of victims of crime, and in particular, which promote awareness of the social, legal and criminal issues regarding being a victim of crime.
Two awards will be made each year of $1,000 cash at the completion of each academic semester.
The research/discussion papers should not exceed 2000 words in length and should be emailed to: voccs@hotmail.com
The decision to award prizes rests with VOCCS. It is a condition of entry that all papers be published on the VOCCS website for public readership. For further information please email: voccs@hotmail.com or go to www.victimsofcrime.com.au
