4. Survey

Beginning next week, eSolutions will be sending 6,000 Monash staff and 17,000 students a survey on IT Service Quality.

It is conducted on our behalf by Systems Thinking and contributes to IT service improvement in several ways: it gives us an independent view on our current performance; it provides a time-series view of service quality (5 years currently); and it provides a benchmark with 30+ Australian universities, including most of the Go8.

We would encourage all staff and students to participate.
