1. VADR CPD Event – Paul Ban: Facilitation in Family Group Conferencing
You are cordially invited to a VADR CPD Event on Thursday 19 June, 2014 when Paul Ban, who has worked in family matters for nearly 40 years, will speak about facilitating conflict family group conferencing. In his talk, Paul Ban will describe how principles from conflict coaching can be used by the independent facilitator to enable family members to overcome intra- and interpersonal conflict to focus on the needs of a child or children and engage in productive dialogue through long-standing invisible patterns of communication unique to the family.

Time: 5.45 for a 6.15 pm start
Venue: Coopers Inn (2nd floor), cnr Exhibition and Little Lonsdale Streets,
Cost: Free to current VADR members, $20 for non-members. Finger food is provided. Drinks are available at the bar.
