1. VCAT Self Help Centre Clinic
VCAT and Monash University Faculty of Law have entered into a joint venture to set up a Self Help Centre at VCAT for 12 months on a pilot basis, with the intention that the Centre will continue beyond the pilot.
Applications are now open to enrol in the new VCAT Self Help Centre Clinic (LAW4803) and can be downloaded from the clinical legal education website.

2. Company Law in Rome, Italy
LUISS Summer School on European & Comparative Company Law: Capital Markets in Rome, Italy
In cooperation with Leiden University under the aegis of the Centre for European Company Law (CECL). This course is designed as an add-on to the education of law students as well as graduates with an interest in company law. It will allow participants to prepare for or complement a graduate degree in business law by gaining an in-depth exposure to the theory and practice of company law in Europe and acquiring the tools for dealing with cross-border transactions involving listed companies.
