1. Commercial CPD Seminar – Civil Appeals in Victoria
Ten months after the commencement of the Supreme Court (Civil Appeals Amendment) Rules 2014, our panel share their insights into the operation of the Civil Appeals Rules. Topics covered will include the application of the leave to appeal requirement, the preparation of the written case, and points of difference between the old and the new regimes.

2. Nygh Internship Postgraduate Students
The Australian Institute of International Affairs and the Australian Branch of the International Law Association call for applications for the 2016 Peter Nygh Hague Conference Internship.
Each year, the internship provides a graduate or post graduate student with the rare opportunity to travel to The Hague in the Netherlands and work in the area of Private International Law. Prospective applicants should visit the AIIA’s website.
Successful applicants receive a contribution towards their living expenses for the duration of the internship.

4. Summer Application Open For – JD Professional Practice LAW 5050
Applications are open for Clinical Period 1 2015/2016 of the Professional Practice Elective Unit which takes place at Monash Oakleigh Legal Service, next to Clayton campus.
Clinical Period 1 2015/2016 dates are: for Group A- 12 November 2015- 11 February 2016 & for Group B-16 November 2015- 15 February 2016.
