3. Are you renting? New laws you need to know (Wed 14 April)

The Victorian Government has legislated a substantial number of changes to the Residential Tenancies Act which commenced at the end of March 2021.

If you’re a student currently renting accommodation off-campus, it is important that you are aware of what this means for you.

Join Monash Residential Off-campus Accommodation Services and the MGA for a session on Zoom to learn about these changes and find out how the services can support you.
