IT Service Centre Support Officer Position

- Remuneration: $78,255 – $89,888 pa HEW Level 05 plus 11% employer superannuation
- Duration: 1/12/2023 to 22/03/2024 (Fixed term full time)
- Location: Clayton Campus
We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Service Centre group, providing excellent front-line IT support.
As a Support Officer (SO), you will provide remote and deskside technical support to users regarding ICT issues. This includes following procedures and protocols.
- Incident Triage: Initial assessment, categorisation, and prioritisation of incidents reported to the team. Analysis of incidents to ensure appropriate resources are allocated for resolution.
- Responding to Inquiries: Addressing IT-related queries and issues from users with professionalism and efficiency.
- Customer Service Excellence: Delivering outstanding customer service to build positive user relationships.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the team to resolve and escalate issues.
