1. Legal Research Associate Family Court of Australia – Invitation for Expressions of Interest

Legal associates assist with researching cases, points of law, preparing matters for hearing including other related matters for first instance judges and of the Court.

They are responsible for providing assistance to judicial officers during court hearings and other administrative support to judges, as required.  In addition, legal associates perform court support duties, when required.

3. Temporary Administrative Work – CBD Legal Precinct


Barristers’ Chambers Limited has temporary administrative work upcoming based around the legal precinct in the CBD supporting our Barristers.  A variety of assignments will be available to cover annual leave and project work.

Assignments will vary in contract length and will range from entry-level administration to executive assistance.


Essential Skills & Attributes


  • Customer service focus

  • Clear communication skills

  • Impeccable personal presentation

  • Strong computer skills (predominantly word & excel)

  • Fast and accurate typing (for EA assignments/ 75WPM)

4. Winter Internship Pilot Programme 2015


The
Administrative Service forms a cadre of multi-skilled professional administrators who play a key role in the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.  They are involved in policy formulation, resource allocation and implementation of major Government programmes.

Posted around different bureaux and departments at regular intervals, they enjoy variety in their career and contribute to different areas of work in the Government.


The primary objective of the Administrative Service Internship Programme (“the Programme”) is to give Hong Kong students who wish to pursue a career in the Administrative Service an early opportunity to get some hands-on experience of working in the HKSAR Government, so as to facilitate their future career planning.
