2. Commercial CPD Seminar: Adducing evidence at a trial in 2016 — what to do; and what are the pitfalls for barristers and for solicitors?

Large commercial trials involve the tendering of many documents. The identification and collation of those documents, the preparation of documentary evidence for trial, the tendering of documents at trial, and the efficient running of trial processes involving the tender of documents, are critical issues for all practitioners. Recent case law speaks directly to these issues.

Our speakers will expose, from their perspectives, the pitfalls that the court and practitioners face on a daily basis when seeking to adduce evidence at trial.
