2. Noticeboard Policy

If wanting to post a notice on the boards in the basement area please do the following:

  • DO use ONLY black chart pins (if there are not enough available please ask the marketing team on level 2 by calling 52326 on the reception phone)
  • DO not use other pins or they will be replaced.
  • DO not take pins from other adverts, or take pins from the board when taking an old notice down.
  • DO NOT use blue tack, sticky tape or a staple gun to put up notices
  • DO NOT place your notices on top of others
  • ONLY place notices on the allocated boards, not on other walls and/or windows

In the past few weeks the privilege of the noticeboards has been abused by people taking noticeboard pins. This makes the faculty look messy and disregards other people’s notices.
