The census date for Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) compulsory units in Trimester 1 2011 is Tuesday 15 February 2011.
If a student discontinues a unit before the census date, student will receive ‘Withdrawn no-load’ for the unit, which means:
If a student discontinues a unit AFTER the census date but before the withdrawn fail date, student will have ‘Withdrawn late’, which means 100% of fees retained and withdrawn will be recorded on transcript.
Reminder: A student may not withdraw from a unit after the last day of teaching.
Most students will be able to change their 2011 enrolment via WES from January through to mid-March. If you cannot make enrolment changes on the WES, you should submit an enrolment amendment form with your faculty. Forms can be obtained from any Student Service Centre counter and from your Faculty Student Services Office.
