3. Global Changers Program

What is Global Changers?
Global Changers is an advanced leadership course, focused development theory and aid policy. Global Changers are interested in honest motivation, burning desire, experience, high-level thinking, debate, conversation and ambition.

The Global Changers course runs for ten weeks. Each and every week, we promise to challenge you – we’ll push you to consider heavy ideas and tough issues. If you want to change the world, we’ll ask you first to explore your motivations. This is a chance for self-learning, empowerment and action. We run with a tutorial structure, and it’s fast paced. The curriculum is intense, challenging and motivational. It includes guest speakers, and a project component, so you need to be an ideas person.

Should I apply?
Only if you have a committed desire for social change, and see yourself as an influential thinker. If you’re looking for free food, or a free ride, this isn’t for you. If you’re tired of excuses, and want legitimate intelligent action, start here.

How do I know that this will make a difference?
You don’t. But you believe in the world’s capacity for change. And you believe in your own capacity to contribute to that change. Like us, you might feel overwhelmed by the size of the problem, particularly when you know that the solutions are not straightforward. But we’re inherently impact driven, and we have seen results.

Are you driven? Do you want to see results?
Over the past 20 years, extreme poverty has been halved. To see it ended, you need to find out what you can really do. Global Changers is just one of those things. We actually want you to do the other things too. But right now, this is in front of you. Take charge of your world at Global Changers.
